  • No experience is needed. All sessions are beginner-friendly and guided in a simple, accessible way. You can come exactly as you are.

  • Yes—most people come solo. The space is designed to feel welcoming, low-pressure, and comfortable whether you come alone or with friends.

  • We host structured evening experiences throughout the week:

    • Tuesday: After-Work Reset (yoga + stress relief + philosophy)

    • Wednesday: Deep Sleep Reset (restorative yoga + sound bath)

    • Thursday: Social Reset (yoga + community dinner)

    • Sunday: Slow Reset (restorative yoga + mindfulness + dinner)

    Each session is designed for a different type of reset.

  • Most sessions run between 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the day.

  • We focus on gentle, restorative, and beginner-friendly yoga designed for relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system reset—not intense or fitness-based classes.

  • Both—depending on the day.

    • Tuesday & Wednesday are more inward and calming

    • Thursday & Sunday include more community and connection

  • We are a fully volunteer run studio so if you have the volunteer spirit we'd love to hear from you!

    • Behind the building, common parking for different restaurants (first come basis).

    • Free street parking on union and other close by streets.

    • Meter parking on hoover street.

    • Free 2hrs parking at usc village (underground).

  • Yes. Spots are limited (usually 10–12 people) to keep the experience personal, so we recommend reserving your spot ahead of time.

  • If you can’t make it, reach out in advance and we’ll do our best to help you reschedule to another session.

  • Dinner is included on Thursday (Social Reset) and Sunday (Slow Reset). Other sessions focus on movement, relaxation, and mindfulness.

  • It’s a short, simple reflection inspired by ancient yoga texts (like the Bhagavad Gita), focused on practical insights for everyday life—not academic or heavy.
